4.正餐时 , 适当减少主食 , 并且控制总能量 。
水果干毕竟能量不低 , 如果吃水果干 , 注意控制每天饮食总能量 , 适当减少白米饭等主食 , 用来替代一部分白米饭 。 如果在吃一碗米饭之外 , 再额外添加高糖的水果干和高脂肪的坚果 , 不发胖才怪!
