什么是 Oracle 统一方法（OUM，Oracle Unified Method）？The Oracle? Unified Method (OUM) is Oracle’s standards-based method that enables the entire Enterprise Information Technology (IT) lifecycle.OUM 6.4 发布声明的开头是这么写的：Oracle is evolving the Oracle Unified Method (OUM) to achieve the vision of supporting the entire Enterprise IT Lifecycle, including support for the successful implementation of every Oracle product.
OUM provides an implementation approach that is rapid, broadly adaptive, and business-focused. OUM includes a comprehensive project and program management framework and materials to support Oracle\u0026#39;s growing focus on enterprise-level IT strategy, architecture, and governance.
OUM 白皮书明确提到 OUM 的一个重要基础和来源是 UP：OUM leverages one of the de facto industry standards, Unified Software Development Process (UP). UP is an iterative and incremental approach to developing and implementing software systems. Project managers use OUM to make sure they and their stakeholders developa shared understanding of what is needed, choose an appropriate architecture, and transfer the ownership of the end-product to the stakeholders. OUM extends the Unified Process to support the full scope of Oracle-related projects by incorporating field experience and intellectual capital contributed by Oracle practitioners.1 Ivar Jackobson, Grady Booch, and James Rumbaugh, The Unified Software Development Process, 19992 M.
