近日,毕马威中国与穆迪戴维特报告联合发布《海南自贸港旅游零售市场白皮书》称,海南自贸港有望在未来两年内成为全球最大的旅游免税零售市场。
据悉,海南2021年第一季度旅游免税零售市场整体销售额季度环比增长22%至139亿元,其中中免集团占比约90%。尽管12月底和1月初涌现一批新的竞争对手,但中免集团在海南的收入仍然同比增长329%至128亿元(约合19.6亿美元),季度环比增长率为12%。

The Hainan Free Trade Port is expected to become the world's largest duty-free tourism retail market in the next two years, according to Tourism Retail Market of Hainan Free Trade Port White Paper jointly released by KPMG China and Moody's Davitt Report.
It is reported that in Q1 of 2021, the overall sales of Hainan's tourism duty-free retail market increased by 22% q-o-q to 13.9 billion yuan, of which CFD accounted for about 90%. Despite the emergence of a wave of new competitors in late December 2020 and early January 2021, the CFD's revenue in Hainan rose 329% y-o-y to 12.8 billion yuan ($1.96 billion), or 12% q-o-q.

The group's online sales rose 30% last year to 190 million euros, and rose 55% from March to April 2020. Nicola Antonelli, marketing director of Luisaviroma, said in an interview that the company will continue to invest more into e-commerce in the future,bringing a much more real and rich shopping experience to consumers.

房地产分析公司Real Capital Analytics(RCA)最新发布的《亚太资本趋势报告》显示,2021年第一季度,亚太地区多个市场的商业房产投资活动稳步恢复,主要收益性房产类型的投资活动同比略微下滑12%至296亿美元。
报告显示,2021年第一季度,中国超过日本成为最活跃的商业房产市场,交易额高达80亿美元,较去年同期增长4%。中国香港和中国台湾市场出现两位数的明显增长,而新加坡市场实现了200%的暴涨。
在亚太地区整体投资额中,日本市场出现了最为明显的停滞,交易额跌回69亿美元。韩国市场在2020年创下全年交易活动新高后,也出现略微下跌。

06|China has overtaken Japan as the most active commercial property market in the Asia-Pacific region
The latest Asia Pacific Capital Trends Report from RCA shows that commercial Real estate investment in the Asia Pacific region recovered steadily in Q1 of 2021 in several markets. Investment activity in the main income category fell slightly 12% from a year earlier to $29.6 billion.
The report showed that China overtook Japan as the most active commercial real estate market in Q1 of 2021, with a transaction value of $8 billion, up 4% from the same period last year. Hong Kong and Taiwan saw significant double-digit growth, while Singapore saw a 200% surge.
Japan saw the most notable stagnation, with deals falling back to $6.9 billion. The South Korean market also fell slightly after hitting a new record high for whole year investment in 2020.
07|优衣库日本直营店销售额同比大涨92.1%
据悉,优衣库母公司日本迅销集团日前发布4月销售数据显示,包括在线销售在内的优衣库日本直营店销售额同比大涨92.1%,同店可比销售同比增长84.5%。受疫情影响,优衣库日本直营店目前已关闭83家,仍有71家门店正常营业。此前消息,迅销集团计划每年在亚洲新增100家门店,加速扩张亚洲市场。?
