coursera上有个computational neualscience的课相当不错,学生评分记得是4.7分。

攒了好久终于可以来完结这个回答了。首先,仍要声明自己是计算机相关的学科背景,对生物相关的知识只是感兴趣,但绝对谈不上专业。对于这个问题的回答也完全是基于上过的一门课:Mathematical and Computational Neuroscience。所以如果回答不够全面,甚至出现错误,请务必指正!因为我也是零生物基础开始学习计算神经学,而且课程大部分内容只是把书本知识讲了一遍,所以我相信这个清单提供的参考资料是足够一个人自学计算神经学的:课本:
