5、Shiseido no longer renews beauty license agreement with Dolce&Gabbana

The cosmetics licensing agreement signed by Shiseido and Italy luxury brand Dolce&Gabbana in October 2016 will expire in 31 December of this year.

Shiseido will no longer be responsible for the development and distribution of skin care products, cosmetics and perfume products of Dolce & Gabbana. Shiseido said the decision is related to the change of the group's strategic focus and will focus on the development of skin care business in the future.

苹果近日在新一季发布会上正式推出能够追踪物品、防止丢失的“AirTag”,普通版售价为人民币299元,随后爱马仕同步推出AirTag定制吊饰,售价在2199元至4999元之间,价格是标准版的7至17倍,引发业界高度关注。

值得关注的是,爱马仕与苹果合作的iWatch已成为品牌手表业务的最大增长动力,第一季度爱马仕手表销售额同比录得96%的强劲增幅。


6、Hermes and Apple launched AirTag customized pendant at a premium of up to 17 times of its price

The price ranges from 2199 yuan to 4999 yuan, which is 7 to 17 times of the Standard Version price, attracting the industry's attention. 7、LVMH私募基金投资的Honest Company正式IPO

LVMH私募基金L Catterton投资的婴儿护肤品牌Honest Company于5月5日正式登陆纳斯达克证券交易所,股票代码为“HNST”,每股定价为16美元,略低于此前预期,出售2580万股票,融资4.128亿美元,整体估值为14.4亿美元。

Honest Company由演员Jessica Alba于2012年创立,为建立与消费者之间的信任关系,系列产品的所有成分均会在包装上清晰标明,并承诺不会使用逾3000种已知对健康或环境有害的成分。


7、Host Company invested by LVMH private fund started IPO

Honey Company, a baby skin care brand invested by LVMH private fund L Catterton, publicly landed on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange on 5 May, with the stock code of "HNST" and a price of $16 per share, slightly lower than previously expected. It sold 25.8 million shares and raised $418.8 million, with an overall estimated value of $1.44 billion.

Founded in 2012 by actor Jessica Alba, the Honey Company aims to build a trust relationship with consumers. All ingredients in the series are clearly marked on the packaging and Honey Company promise not to use more than 3000 ingredients known to be harmful to health or the environment.
8、Supreme全球第13家店在米兰开业

美国街头潮牌Supreme于5月6日在意大利米兰开设全球第13家门店,具体位置在米兰 Corso Garibaldi 20。值得关注的是,这也是Supreme在被VF集团收购后开出的首家门店,也是“山寨版Supreme”Supreme Italia的大本营。VF集团此前预计,Supreme 2021年收入将达5亿美元。


8、Supreme's 13th store in the world opens in Milan

On 6 May, Supreme opened its 13th store in Milan, Italy, located in Corso Garibaldi 20, Milan.
