IKEA opened its third downtown store in Shinjuku, Japan on 1 May, covering 3,270 square meters and three floors, which is just five minutes away from the Shinjuku station.

The store displays about 1600 kinds of furniture and sundries, among which more than 1200 kinds can be carried away easily. Six different types of model rooms are prepared in the store to provide inspiration for customers.

On 28 April, Lendlease Group announced the launch of health-maintain and aged brand Ardor Gardens in China. The project is close to Dianshan Lake in Shanghai and Zhujiajiao Station of Metro Line 17, so the location is relatively convenient.

With a total investment of 1.8 billion yuan, the project covers an area of about 85,000 square meters, consisting of 20 buildings of 5-6 floors, providing more than 850 serviced apartments, which can accommodate about 1,300 aged citizens and are equipped with perfect living facilities. The whole community will be transformed into a "Four Seasons Garden" surrounded by waters.

The aged membership system is one of the highlights of the project -- it can be divided into family club card (30 years or 15 years), partner club card (15 years), enjoyment club card (1-2 years) and other membership cards. According to the actual situation of the elderly, they can provide card’s extension, suspension, succession and other services.
