特朗普话音刚落，外交部出手“反击”！
美国总统特朗普当地时间14日宣布 ， 他已签署一项法规 ， 将对“协助限制香港自治”的中国实体和个人实施制裁 。 他同时表示 ， 已签署行政命令结束给予香港的特殊待遇 。
US President Donald Trump on Tuesday signed into law the Hong Kong Autonomy Act, which imposes sanctions on Chinese individualsandbusinesses.
Trump also said that he signed an executive order ending the preferential treatment that Hong Kong has long enjoyed.
美国CNBC消息称 ， 特朗普当时在白宫玫瑰花园发表了很长的演说 ， 但宣布“制裁中国”的内容只有草草几句 ， 然后他迅速把话题转到了竞选主题上 ， 开始抨击竞选对手、民主党总统候选人拜登 。
Trump began his speech in the Rose Garden focused on targeting China’s actions, but quickly pivoted to lash out at an array of his political opponents – especially presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.

外交部：美方阻挠实施香港国安法的图谋永远不可能得逞
外交部15日发布声明表示 ， 近日 ， 美方不顾中方严正交涉 ， 将美国会通过的所谓“香港自治法案”签署成法 。 美方法案恶意诋毁香港国家安全立法 ， 威胁对中方实施制裁 ， 严重违反国际法和国际关系基本准则 ， 是对香港事务和中国内政的粗暴干涉 。 中国政府对此坚决反对 ， 予以强烈谴责 。
In disregard of China's serious representations, the United States recently signed into law the so-called "Hong Kong Autonomy Act" passed by its Congress. The Act maliciously denigrates the national security legislation for Hong Kong, and threatens to impose sanctions on China. It seriously violates international law and the basic norms underpinning international relations. It constitutes gross interference in Hong Kong affairs and China's internal affairs. The Chinese government firmly opposes and strongly condemns this move by the United States.
《中华人民共和国香港特别行政区维护国家安全法》的制定和实施完全符合中国宪法和香港基本法有关规定 ， 将为“一国两制”行稳致远提供制度和法律保障 ， 有利于维护国家主权、安全、发展利益 ， 有利于保障香港长治久安和长期繁荣稳定 ， 得到包括广大香港同胞在内的全体中国人民的一致拥护和赞同 。
The enactment and enforcement of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Safeguarding National Security in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) is fully consistent with the relevant provisions of the Chinese Constitution and the Basic Law of the Hong Kong SAR. It provides the institutional and legal safeguards for the sound and sustained implementation of "one country, two systems", and serves to uphold sovereignty, security and development interests of the country as well as the long-term stability and prosperity of Hong Kong. The Law is unanimously supported and endorsed by all the Chinese people including the people in Hong Kong.
香港是中国的特别行政区 。 香港事务纯属中国内政 ， 任何外国无权干涉 。 中方捍卫国家主权安全、维护香港繁荣稳定、反对外部势力干预香港事务的决心和意志坚定不移 。 美方阻挠实施香港国安法的图谋永远不可能得逞 。 为维护自身正当利益 ， 中方将做出必要反应 ， 对美方相关人员和实体实施制裁 。
