Start beating slowly, and then once it starts to foam, increase speed whipping until soft peaks form.Carefully add the sweetened condensed milk, gently as to not to deflate the whipped cream. I toasted mine in the broiler, but you could easily do them on the stovetop of a gas oven or with a kitchen torch. You want to toast until there are a few charred edges, just like over the campfire.Pour toasted vanilla ice cream mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan and cover with aluminum foil.Place in freezer until hard.Serve! 恕在下英语捉鸡,不过这小哥估计也是瞎弄的。。 我估计是这样的,棉花糖是包裹在冰淇淋外面,类似于巧克力脆皮,做法估计也是相似的,冷冻好了冰淇淋蘸一下融化的棉花糖,然后冷却以后就成了棉花糖的“脆皮”。烤棉花糖“脆皮”就好说了,做提拉米苏用的那个喷火枪高温烤一下就好了
