Create beautiful characters, assets and environments to be rolled out into the game

REQUIREMENTSAbility to create a variety of production quality, Supercell style, 3D art

Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Flash

粗看了下,貌似是招3D建模师,偏美术方面的,策划貌似没有在招。

工作室有2种一种是做游戏的工作室一种是毁游戏的工作室题主你问的是做游戏的那么我可以回答你就是独立的中/小型研发团队一定程度上有独立的立项和人事权,并且有对外的固定名称的研发团队也就是说,在工作室,你主要是对制作人负责,制作人决定了你是否能来,你是走是留,而如果工作室被收购,一般情况下收购方只能决定将整个工作室解散,而不能随意调动其中的人员说到底是制作人是否足够强势的问题,虽然没有独立的立项和人事权的项目组,成员也是相对固定的(涉及到磨合的问题,调度并不会太夸张),但是由于制作人带领下,对应工作室有足够优秀的项目资本,使得整个团队能够在对应体系中之中成为一个独立的个体(比如天美艺游、琳琅天上等)这些个体拥有很高的自主权,并拥有成立公司的资本而项目组则是对项目负责,一般在立项时才在公司内部组建,成员相对不固定,公司上层可直接决定对应人员的去留(当然等级过低的大老总们压根就懒得考虑),没有独立的资本另外,一个工作室可以有很多个项目组总的说来,工作室对上是投资关系,而项目组对上则是雇佣关系说白了,就是个没注册的公司……
