老牌帝国的百般阻挠之丑态
这般应景地印证了毛主席的一段话：
“我认为 ， 对我们来说 ， 一个人 ， 一个党 ， 一个军队 ， 或者一个学校 ， 如若不被敌人反对 ， 那就不好了 ， 那一定是同敌人同流合污了 。 如若被敌人反对 ， 那就好了 ， 那就证明我们同敌人划清界线了 。 如若敌人起劲地反对我们 ， 把我们说得一塌糊涂 ， 一无是处 ， 那就更好了 ， 那就证明我们不但同敌人划清了界线 ， 而且证明我们的工作是很有成绩的了 。 ”（《被敌人反对不是坏事而是好事》一九三九年五月二十六日）

满脸“双标”、打舆论战、搅动局势……
根本上是为了打压中国
遏制中国发展
只是眼下
正如港澳办副主任张晓明所言：
“中国人看别人脸色、
仰人鼻息的时代已经一去不复返了！”

诚然 ， 我们知道
立法后必然面临美西方等国的阻挠制裁
甚至香港的金融中心地位短期将受影响
诚然 ， 我们知道
香港问题绝非一朝一夕形成
内部有着深层的社会经济、
历史文化原因
如贫富差距扩大、财富分配不均、
经济结构转型迟缓、社会矛盾累积、
反中势力推行“去中国化”教育、
殖民主义影响未及消除、
港媒被资本利益绑架、司法问题等
需要逐一革新
但时至今日 ， 痛定思痛
国家安全和香港稳定的必要性和重要性告诉我们
非出手不可了
“稳定”这一步棋下定了！

如果任由各种反中乱港势力在香港兴风作浪 ， 甚至把香港变成对内地进行渗透、颠覆活动的基地 ， 这对香港来说绝对“是祸不是福” ， 不仅会毁掉“一国两制” ， 也会毁掉香港的繁荣稳定 ， 毁掉香港居民的福祉 。 （国务院港澳办副主任张晓明）If various anti-China and anti-Hong Kong forces are allowed to stir up trouble in Hong Kong, or even turn Hong Kong into a base for infiltration and subversion against the Chinese mainland, it would be an absolute disaster for Hong Kong, he said. It would not only destroy the "one country, two systems" principle, but also destroy the prosperity and stability of Hong Kong and the well-being of its residents, he said.
