有啥诗可以背诵然后睡前在脑中默念以帮助睡眠

谢邀…只是我不懂为毛睡前要背诗(????ω????)对于学渣来说 背书=要命。不过还是推荐一首。朗费罗——《人生礼赞》 ——年轻人的心 ---What the Heart of the Young Man 对歌者说的话 Said to the Psalmist 不要用忧伤的调子对我说： Tell me not, in mournful numbers, “人生不过是一场幻梦！” "Life is but an empty dream!" 昏睡的灵魂无异于死去， For the soul is dead that slumbers, 事物的真相和外表不同。 And things are not what they seem. 人生是真切的！人生是实在的！ Life is real! 谢邀。睡眠是甜蜜的，成为顽石更幸福；只要世上还有罪恶与耻辱，不见不闻，无知无觉，于我是最大的快乐；不要惊醒我啊!讲得轻些

个人感觉每首诗都可以吧。但最好还是诗意美一些的、个人可以理解的、有足够画面感的。比如《春江花月夜》。
