听写软件使用VOA作为材料,是不是构成侵权?
1、使用VOA素材制作软件，需要遵守VOA的版权声明。这个声明可以在VOA的网站查到，地址是：Terms of Use/Privacy Policy。主要是其中的Copyright Statement及Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice两部分内容。我的英语不好，没有读完，但从开始的这段看，别人是声明了保留所有权利的。 1.
