这里面,“反复发生的痤疮”最容易导致患处皮肤的【毛孔粗大】:

导致面部【毛孔粗大】的三个主要临床原因:
皮脂分泌旺盛、毛孔周围的皮肤弹性降低(失去支撑结构)、以及毛囊体积增加(包括浓密的毛发)。
因此,除了我们无法掌控的【先天因素】之外,慢性复发性炎症(痤疮)、紫外线照射、光老化、皮肤衰老性松弛、性激素分泌波动、不适合的护肤方案(比如:用错产品、过度清洁、不涂防晒霜等等),都可以导致【毛孔粗大】。
粗大毛孔的产生,与皮肤结构的改变息息相关。因此,【控油】虽然必要,但这是最表层的解决思路,而以【控油】为诉求的“清洁”、“清洁毛孔”或“外涂收敛型爽肤水”,就更是表层中的表层,无法对粗大毛孔产生深层影响/改变。
预防衰老性松弛、抗光老化、抗炎,这些听上去和【毛孔】没什么关系的思路,反而是更值得“所有肤质”关注的路径。
