以下是雷区,记得要避开
扮演别人家的孩子好多同学在写文书之前会想,招生官喜欢什么样的学生呢?于是,把同学的、亲戚家孩子的经历都拿过来,在文书中写上自己参与了多长时间的志愿工作,会多种运动,精通各种乐器
相信我,招生官一年读的申请故事,可能比你二十多年都多,他们可以看出这是别人的,不是你自己的。他们想在文书中读到的是你,你是一个什么样的人,又怎样的经历
2. 选择自己不感兴趣的话题
这点特别要以志愿服务为例。许多学生都认为招生官会特别看重有着很多志愿服务经历的学生,于是就在文书里花大量篇幅去撰写志愿经历
确实,志愿服务会给招生官留下好印象,但是,如果志愿经历只在你的个人经历中占据很小的部分,或者你对这段经历根本不感兴趣,那么你很难在文书中写出你的真情实感,这篇文章也很难出彩
3. 没有花时间构思就下笔
与雅思作文一样,在下笔前,至少需要想构思一个主体思想和一个文章框架。完成后你可以给同学、老师看一下,从旁观者角度往往能够发现一些自己看不到的错误
4. 文书中塞入的信息过多
将自己从小到大的经历都写进来可不是什么明智之举。况且,一般学校对文书篇幅都会有要求,一般是1-2页左右,在有限的篇幅里,挑一两件最出彩的事情描述一下就好了。像小学歌唱比赛呀,初中运动会这类的流水账还是不要堆砌了
5. 没有具体描述自己
文书最主要目的就是让招生官看到你是一个怎样的人,你有怎样的特质。而大多数学生往往都会只谈自己的想法和感受,而忘记细节,要知道细节才是最能打动一个人的地方
比如,可能会写我为什么选择金融这个专业,因为我很有天分,未来想在这个领域继续发展。这基本上就game over了,你为什么不用一些实例表现自己在这个领域很有天赋呢,比如课程、科研、实习时发生的事情,以及对自己未来的细致规划
6. 语言使用过于随便
记住,你的阅读对象是招生官,不是酒肉朋友。因此,一些习语、俚语能免还是免了吧。不像雅思口语,文书体现的不是你的英语水平,而是对你个人经历的展示
7. 注意分寸,不要分享的的过多
许多学生会想将最诚实的自己写下来,于是挑选了比较“独特”的人生经历,比如自己曾经得过抑郁症,有过想自杀的念头,或者有自残经历
这不是歧视,也不是说不可以,比如如果你之前抑郁的想自杀,但通过自己的努力改变了自己,又想帮助更多的人,于是建立了XXX团体,目前已经完成了哪些工作,这样的话完全可以
但我相信大多数申请者都没有之后的这些成就,而大多数招生官不会想有一个可能会带来麻烦的学生的
8.内容不够深入
举个栗子,有些学生会写,“我在大学时经常组织志愿活动”,就没有了
如果我是面试官,我很可能以一句“good for you”来结束这段对话,这个时候,你就需要继续延展来引起我的兴趣。文书不也是这样吗?
最好的延展方法就是“keep asking why”。在这句中至少可以延展出三个why:”为什么我喜欢做志愿活动“、”为什么想组织志愿活动“、以及”为什么我能够组织“。除此之外还有一些其他的小问题,比如具体是什么志愿活动,为什么会选择这项活动等等
一直问自己为什么直到问不下去为止,当然,如果中间的答案跟性格、能力等无关也可以省去
PS:这个方法也是雅思口语P1、P3的秘密武器!
9. 不到deadline不写
这个道理,我就不阐述了,浪费笔墨…
不过,一般在ddl写的,99%都是直接套模板随便抄抄的吧
!最简单的甄别是否为模板的方法!
把文书中自己的名字盖住,如果发现换成你朋友的名字整篇文书也照样可以的话,那你的模板式语句可能就真的用的过多了
10. 没有针对具体的大学给出原因
在文书中会有一段描述为什么想去这所大学读这个专业的内容,招生官会从这里看出你与这所大学是否匹配。
所以,尽可能的写的具体,像世排top这种句子就简短带过就好了。最好写一两点这个学校最适合你的/你最喜欢的地方
11. 格式错误或过于另类
有些宝宝为了给招生官留下深刻印象,特地将标题做成艺术字
有些会将自己获奖情况加粗/斜体/加颜色
字号过大或过小
标点用成中式
……
这些,都将会成为你的文书被遗弃在角落的原因
12. 不要触碰敏感话题
比如枪支管制、宗教信仰、堕胎、同性婚姻等问题,最好不要表态也不要谈论,因为你永远也不知道阅读你文书的人持有什么样的政治立场。保守一点,先拿到offer,再去激情辩论吧

一般在申请瑞典留学及签证的过程中,一般分为基本材料、学习计划两部分。基本材料主要包括个人陈述、推荐信等;学习计划也是被要求写的,在书写这个计划时,必须认真仔细,按要求不能掉以轻心。
 个人陈述书与学习计划书看上去比较相似,但稍有区别,学习计划要客观、理性、严谨、目标明确、清楚表述即可,不能像个人陈述那么热情洋溢,尽情的展现个人缺点。具体有两方面不同。
 1 、针对对象不同。  个人陈述主要的对象是申请的学校,其信息主要让学校认为你是一个不错的学生,而学习计划主要是给瑞典大使馆看的。
 2 、内容角度不同。  
个人陈述更注重个人品质、学术的兴趣以及个人的能力方面的具体描述;而学习计划主要针对留学的动机什么、留学的时间安排,自己以后职业规划,以及回国的愿望。例外,在学习计划中,必然要写清楚基本的家庭背景、经济来源保障,这关乎签证官是否给你签证的重要依据。尽管留学瑞典的签证通过率较高,但还是要重视学习计划书的写作。
