IQE是全球领先的先进半导体晶圆供货商, 提供多种产品和应用, 其包含：基于GaAs的 VCSEL ， 用于 数据通信和3D传感；基于InP的 DFB和FP激光器 ， 用于 10G和25G数据通信；基于InP的用于成像的 长波长光电探测器 ， 用于 数据通信和成像的InP, PiN和APD光电二极管；基于GaAs的 高功率激光器 ， 用于 光纤泵和工业以及基于GaAs的可见发射器 。
Products and applications include:
GaAs based VCSELs for 3D sensing and datacom;

IQE offers epitaxial wafers produced using both MOCVD and MBE platforms. We offer wafer sizes from 2” to 6” in mass production and up to 8” is in development.
