比如在练大重量深蹲前的热身最后一项做一些爆发性的跳跃 , 例如深蹲跳、分腿跳、军事推举等等训练能够刺激神经系统对下肢肌肉的控制 , 而在大重量硬拉前则推荐进行立定跳远、壶铃甩摆等符合相应动作模式的训练[22] 。 在练上肢前 , 可以选择动作则很多 , 例如药球的抛掷、战绳甩摆等等 。

目标就是通过快速、爆发性的运动激活更高阈值的运动单位、神经驱动和发力率 , 为接下来的训练提供帮助[23] 。
一旦这些手段能够帮助提高训练中的兴奋性 , 那么也就没有必要再冒着风险吃不合规、杂牌氮泵了 。
