I believe, to be genuinely inspired by either work or study - or both - you need to be receptive. One can easily sit at one\u0026#39;s desk the whole day and not be inspired by one\u0026#39;s work, not because the work is not stimulating or interesting, but just because one has not opened one\u0026#39;s mind and does not care. In all honesty, I don\u0026#39;t believe most people would consider my work \u0026#39;inspiring\u0026#39; as such, but I am inspired by what I do and who I meet, and in turn learn and improve. On the other hand, there are also people who sit near me and can\u0026#39;t be bothered at all. So whether or not you can be inspired, to a very large extent, depends on you yourself.

Yes, we actively adapt and change the environment while what we experienced shapes the way who we are. Learning in general is all the things you\u0026#39;ve ever did that shaped your thinking and behaviors. It inspires you by offering different thoughts for now and for the future based on what you already kept in mind, both consciously and unconsciously.
